Conemaugh Health System, The United Way of the Laurel Highlands, and 1889 Foundation have recently launched a comprehensive Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) for Cambria and Somerset counties, which will provide a rich foundation for improving and promoting the health of our community.
A survey of 43 short questions is part of the overall CHNA effort. Please take a few minutes now and answer anonymously at the link below, and share the link with coworkers, clients and others residing or working in Cambria and Somerset Counties.
